Buildings Preservation Trust

Hertfordshire Building  Preservation was established in 1963. It is a registered charity 232 686

 

The Trust’s  Objectives are:

•preserving buildings of architectural and historic importance

•helping to rescue buildings at risk

•organising conservation seminars, exhibitions and visits

•providing learning and outreach programmes for young people

•managing two heritage museums and a medieval hall

 

The HBPT greatly values the (now non-financial) support received from the HCC and has done so since 1963 when the Trust was formed. Trust Directors meet eleven times each year on the third Tuesday of the month at Hertford Castle. Meetings start at 10.00am and last approx. two hours.
